C-Fibre throttling Netflix, Amazon, ShowMAX, ....

I am being throttled which is violation of what their offering states. Netflix, Amazon and ShowMAX is impossible to watch. Youtube - I have no issues.

I get the feeling this has to do with your Black offering. If I am being throttled - there will be hell to pay!
