C Fibre Support does not EXIST!

Please dont use C Fibre - the support is terrible. We were with Fibrehoods who sold to Cell c. Since then we have been unable to get any support for our VOIP phone and our fibre line. We need port opened and port forwarded but Cell C send you to back office who takes days/ weeks/years / infinity to respond. Supervisor Jarred - you are useless. You fail to respond to your customers. I have done this same request with Fibrehoods and it is a simple thing that can be done over the phone but the red tape and bureacracy has resulted in extreme frustration. Cell C will see the end of me and I hope no one else is stupid enough to sign up to this business. We were duped by Fibrehoods. Please move before you land up with same fate.
