C Fibre signup experience

C fibre .Like most of the reviews terrible service great sales reps one actually more helpful then any support rep. Placed order week ago was told only delay was openserve infact the opposite great service fast friendly . They have installed the line activated gave b number but now i must wait a few days for a username and password as I wasn't even put on the system . Sales could find me on the system but not support??. Any way read reviews dont just take my word it but would not suggest them as an isp and im not even online yet

Just an update So they tried to contact me on the day their whole network was down so the manager who emailed didn't seem to know ??? and that was it no reply to my emails but at least they could put up here that they are sorry and would contact me ? and that they probley tried. why not just email me the login why another phone call so they could be sorry and do nothing Which they still couldnt get right
