C Fibre Poor Support

Contacted Cell C Fibre support today on ********** . I am interested in a 50/5 line. The support person who attended to my call was arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful and plain rude. I am interested in upgrading my existing package, but wanted to know if Cell C can match Vox fibre's offer on the Vumatel network. Vox offers exactly the same benefits (Unshaped, Uncapped and No FUP) for the same price that I am paying for a 20/20 line at Cell C, but for a 50/5 line. Clearly Cell C is ******** about competitor prices and worst of all has no interest in retaining their customers. Well done, Cell C. Let's see how that will work out for you!
