C Fibre not installed after 8 weeks

I app**** for 20mbps C Fibre on 22 August and paid for the line immediately. Since then there was no feedback with regard to installation. I was told to wait 3 weeks. After 8 weeks still nothing. I want to cancel and take my business elsewhere but after holding the line for 20 minutes, I have not been assisted. My emails are also left unanswered.
