C-Fibre... more like C-Never

Ordered Fibre when they started installation in my neighborhood. Was impressed with the packages and effort from the sales reps. When it came to installation however I was told to simply wait. This while people I got to sign up with Cell-C already received their installation dates etc, after signing up 19 days after I did. Service only good in as far it takes to get your signature.

Yes I was contacted. Yes I was advised on a way forward. No it does not make sense. Fortunately there are alternative service providers, in both the ISP and Fibre space.
