C-Fibre false marketing to increase sales

C-Fibre website from Cell C allows you to search your area for Fibre coverage. On searching the C-Fibre site said I have fibre coverage, installation should be 7 days. Now more than a month later, still no installation. When contacting CellC, they said OpenServe does the installation i must wait for them to contact me. When you go to openServe website and check coverage, I have NO fibre coverage in my area. This is ********* business practice from CellC to get sales for stuff they cant deliver.
