C-Fibre contract / billing nightmare

Hi Team,

I received an SMS from Nudebt regarding an immediate payment that is needed. I have never had a Cell C service and assume this is about the Greencom FTTH service that was cancelled when the customer base was bought out. I have chatted to 3 or 4 people over the past few months who have all assured me that they would sort this out with your collections department. Please contact me urgently so we can finalize this matter once and for all.
