C fibre and cell C are useless

Fibre been off 17 days, 10 calls and emails later, no resolution. Everytime we call its a different person who can do nothing to help, all i hear is its been escalated... what a load of *******, oh amd they still billed me for the month although i have had no service, why doesnt a technician get to my property and check the problem... all we get is call center agents on the phone doung nothing. I am so over Cell C. Ready to close all my accounts with them and definitely will not recommend them going forward. So sad used to be one of the better service providers now they are seemingly the worst..
