C-Fiber most expensive Fibre with the worst service

C-Fibre is absolutely the worst Fibre provider, I joined C-fibre a year ago initially starting of with a 20Mb line and changing it a month later to a 50Mb line, I was told the monthly fee would be R999 but I am actually being charged R1099pm which is more than any other fibre provider. Since the day I have changed from my 20Mb line to the 50Mb line I have been lucky to receive speeds of 20Mb.

Cell c are not willing to resolve the issue and I have been told I cannot cancel my contract and this is the speeds that I will receive
