Iv been without Fibre for the past 9 days(friday 13th December till today still) . Multiple emails sent with different excuses each time. For the past 2 days no replies, nobody answers the phones or anything. Not getting any sevice yet im told i still have to pay full amount without any discount or refund for the days off.
