C Cell contract cancellation
I cancelled a Cell C contract as it came to a end. Cell C is still deducting the subscription. I phoned again and now they say it will take another month so its cost me 1200 rand for a service I am not using anymore. This time I insisted on a Ref number lets see... I just find it very unprofessional as it was supposed to be cancelled the first time I asked. I spoke to a guy by the name of Thabo who helped me the second time hopefully he will cancel it this time my Ref number is ********** ********** 54
Cell C you disappoint me I am not even sure Cell C will respond to this complaint...
