Firstly, No thank you, I do not want to deal with one of your *********** customer service agents.

I am cancelling my contract with Cell C.

Your services are RIDICULOUS.

You ***** R11 from me and tell me it's from internet use, which you will validate, when I did not even open my internet, or any other app that may use internet.

Not to mention that a whole R11, plus 8mb of data, disappeared in a matter of seconds. I am assuming my phone is on some sort of telephonic steroids in order for that to happen.

But Cell C, please go and validate this with the ombudsman :)

Upon cancelling my contract, with the help of the ombudsman, you will NOT see another cent from me :) Especially considering the amount of times you have messed me around, from day one.

Thank you for a year of disappointment and bad service. But I think it's time we start seeing other networks.

PATHETIC.

Data can not just disappear, whether it is in a matter of seconds or hours. It disappears based on many factors such as high definition content on YouTube and social media platforms, automatic software updates, viruses can access your Internet connection and consume data etc.
That is why a data validation report is done to validate the usage and to know how the data was used.
