<p> </p> <p>Firstly, No thank you, I do not want to deal with one of your *********** customer service agents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am cancelling my contract with Cell C.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your services are RIDICULOUS.</p> <p> </p> <p>You ***** R11 from me and tell me it's from internet use, which you will validate, when I did not even open my internet, or any other app that may use internet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not to mention that a whole R11, plus 8mb of data, disappeared in a matter of seconds. I am assuming my phone is on some sort of telephonic steroids in order for that to happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>But Cell C, please go and validate this with the ombudsman :)</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon cancelling my contract, with the help of the ombudsman, you will NOT see another cent from me :) Especially considering the amount of times you have messed me around, from day one.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for a year of disappointment and bad service.
