Cell C has to be the worst service provider. I have been trying to cancel 2 routers that we have had for more than 4 years, We where getting 10 gigs per router, Now after trying to cancel the month to month contract they have without my permission extended the contract but are now only giving me 500mb for the same price. Who in there right mind will down grade for the same monthly fee, On requesting the recorded voice call to be made available to me they just cut me off.
They are a bunch of *****'s and have no concept of customer service. Andre Roets - *** ***

Please be advised that the 10GB was a Promotional deal Smartdata 5GB Postpaid (5GB + 5GB) which ended on 02/01/2024.
The contract was not extended/renewed. We can confirm that the cancellation request was processed and the contracts will be cancelled on 06/02/2024.
