Buyout value card still waiting

Took the Buy Out Contract a week ago, I was promised the value card to buy out my contract from Vodacom would be loaded in 24-72 hours still awaiting. I have to ask Vodacom again for a cancellation figure. <br> <br> After numerous calls to the branch and call center still nothing I have to wait on a back log and then it's because I requested a number change then it is because of a mistake on their card department side all excuses but no value on the card. <br> <br> Absolutely unacceptable my number has been ported already and now sitting with the mess Cell C created, and now they can't give you the buy out gift card value I feel like I have been ****med and so disappointing that I need to sit with this problem when they promised everything is legit and will be loaded. <br> <br> Cell C is the worst company with bad network, people with bad attitudes, horrible customer care center that keeps on transferring me, I keep on getting a sms my contract is almost approved and after I all of my time wasted still no value on the card.
