Buyout a HOAX!!!

So erverywhere you hear the adverti*****t from Cell C who will look at paying R 10 000 towards buying you r contract in order to move to Cell C. 2 Weeks ago I went to Cell C Clearwater to apply and was informed that on this contract they will only pay up to R 1 000, which is fait, it is only a small contract, but we first have to get the buyout amount from Vodacom, after a really difficult process from Vodacom they finally gave in writing tha amount needed which was R 800. Today we go to Cell C Westgate where a total &^% tried to help us. I gave her the buyout amount from Vodacom, she then informs me that the buy out from Vodacom is my problem and I need to go and pay them to buy my contract out, if I then qualify they will give me a new contract and I must give then my sons old phone. I ask but that is not what your add says or what I have been told. She said tough, I have to cancell my own contract, the fees are my problem and if I then want i can move to cellc and hand in my old phone. Again I asked where does they Buy out come in, as I have to buy myself out, Give them my old phone and then they will consider a new contract. Where do you guys come from?
