BUY OUT SPECIAL WITH FALSE PROMISES

<p>I went to Brits mall cellc on 12 April 2016 , we did a buy out from Vodacom to Cellc. I got 3 contracts which Cellc took over. Which means I have 3 contracts that need to be settled before month end (May). I have phoned countless times to find out what the problem is with the 1 card that still needs to be loaded but till date have not recieved any feedback. I have a lot of contracts with Cellc but this poor services wants to make me reconsider my decisions, now for (may) month i must pay cellc and vodacom R10 000.00 because of the poor service i am very dissapointed in cellc services , I need feedback asap </p>
