Buy out pinnacle deal

Firstly. The gentleman that assisted me is the best in store sales guy I have dealt with. Excellent service. <br> Issue I have is that your advertising is terribly misleading and false. I went in to get the buy out pinnacle deal on the highest package. Your ad was read by myself and your sales rep to the understanding that you would buy my contract out and I would get a free device with the promo. Turns out that if I choose the buyout I don't qualify for the device. Should I want the device I have to settle my own existing contract. If that is the case why wouldn't I just settle my contract and go into the market and find the best contract with another provider. Further to this your ad says a phone to the value to the value of 14k but you only get a basic iPhone 6 16 gb. <br> <br> This deal is really nothing special and terribly misleading. Based on me order the contract on my understanding that I get a buy out and a device on the promo I decided to purchase the iwatch to go with the phone. I arrive to collect my phone a few days later and get s bill for 4 k to settle my own contract. Needless to say I won't be taking your contract. <br> <br> Others need to know this is really just a **** deal.
