BUY OUT OFFER

I got approved for a contract buy out offer from Cell C and port from another service provider. they have loaded a gift card on Saturday 30 April already that I can go and pay off MTN but the funds does not reflect in gift card.I have phoned there credit vetting service numerous occasions but they keep telling me that they can see the card on my name that has been loaded but they having a techinical difficulty.I want the funds available ASAP please.
