Buy out misleading
I app**** for the cell c buy out contract on 22 June. They took my current handset away as this is the condition of the buy out. So I was without a handset smartphone for nearly two weeks till I caused a scene they gave me my new phone. To date I have not yet received mybuy out of R6000 and my new cell c sim has not yet been activated. It has been over a month since my application. Why advertise what cannot be provided.
