Buy out gift card not loaded

<p>I did the buy out thing (to pinnacle package), the offer is good much better than my previous service provider, with excellent service from the Cell C instore personnel. But its been 4 days now and still no buy out amount is loaded on my gift card. Very frustrating. Made numerous querries, calls and emails, but no definate answers can be provided to this querry.</p>
