Buy out contract

I recently complained about cell c, I app**** for the buy out contract on 22 June.... Eventually after my complaine they finally ported my number to them on 29 July. I was told I would receive my buy monies within 7 days. To date I have not received any monies not have I had any feedback or correspondence. I'm starting Tom tis this buy out contract is fLse advertising and I'm not sure what to do further.
