Buy out Card a ****

I did a contract buyout from Cell C Brits mall on 29/04/2016. my number was ported from Vodacom and I was given a Compliments card to buy out my Vodacom contract, I was told the card would be loaded in 24 - 48 hours but as of today 06/05/2016 nothing is reflecting on the card. I phone Cell C Brits 3 times the told me they logged a Call but did not provide me with the reference number, I phoned customer care , the trade partners department and Tutuka the company that administers the cards with no outcome. I have been a client for only 1 week and am already regretting making the switch from Vodacom. Could Cell C please deliver what they advertise!!!!
