Business sucks with cell c

<p>The service I am experiencing with cell c is the worst </p> <p> </p> <p>I got a new job and get paid the last day of the month I notify cell c to please debit my account on the last day of the month and give me banking details with the amount to pay for May as the debit orders was unsuccessful </p> <p> </p> <p>I received the banking details and amounts to pay i do an eft payment and send the proof of payment to ********** <p> </p> <p>Now they decide to switch off the lines as I never made payment I phone in speak to kabelo he tells me I never made an eft payment i than ask him to give me his personal email address he says no he won't I got upset and drop the call</p> <p> </p> <p>I send the proof of payments again and no one will allocated or contact me watch this</p> <p>Now if they never done an debit order as per my request that will be my problem again I cannot stand the service from cell c it sucks and I used to love cell c</p> <p> </p> <p>is </p>
