Business loss due to cell c poor service

I have been out of netwrk connection and internet connection from last week Friday . I have spoken to many cell c agents including technical department agents who have promised me lies that my netwrk would be back online . It has been almost 5days and I have lost business turnover worth R20 000.00 due to no internet and network connection. I have been using cell c for 5 years and now they are failing to keep up . I bought data worth over 100 gig to use for business n nothing is happening all I'm getting g is lies . The escalations department has also been of no use . I want this problem to be fixed or my money back for the data I bought with no netwrk connection whatsoever. I have run extremely at a loss because of yr poor service delivery . This is my number *** . I dnt want an apology I need u to fix this mess asap
