Business Contract

<p>In 2015 the Company took out a Business Contract with Cell C for 16 Cell Phones, and since then we have had endless problems with out Business Account. We were asigned a person to handle our account, then that person left and we were asigned a new person, now he has left and we have no one handling our Business Account, we are having problems with our contracts and there is no one to assist us.</p> <p> </p> <p>We had a problem with two phones and we had them sent into the Cell C Office in Umhlanga at the Beginning of April, each time we try to phone Maahira from Cell C, he ignores our calls, says she will phone back and we never hear from her. we know get told a month later they will be replacing the two phones but they are waiting for stock and dont know how long that will take.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning I had to phone Maahira from my cell phone as she doesnt take our business landline calls. i was told by her that she has not yet found someone suitable to handle our Business Account.... that is not accetptable!! we are a business and now we have no one who is able to assist us when we have a problem!!</p> <p> </p> <p>we would really appreciate it if someone could assist us urgently with this matter as we have guys on the road all the time and now their phones are not working.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
