Bureau update by Cell C

I'm disappointed that Cell C did not update my status timely on the bureau which affect my credit score and I'm not happy with how they are dealing with my profile. Timely update on my Trans Union score will be appreciated. The other thing the sim swap charge when the sim card's network is lost. What am I paying for if that happened on its own? It's a ****** reap-off.
