bundles aint working

on Tuesday apparently Cellc had a problem with Whatsapp data on Iphones they didn't sending sms's to their customer about this problems they busy sending us 100 sms's a day about recharging but when the is real problem no sms . i called in tuesday to find out what's going because i recharged and it chowd my airtime while i ahd data when i called in the girl told me about whatsapp setting and the is no such thing as whatsapp setting so i told her to transfer me to someone else the person told me about the problem so she said she don't when is it gonna be fixed it's been a week we cant use whatsapp data whats the use of us having whatsapp data if you can't use them if we gonna buy normal data to chat on whatsapp they we need to be refunded for our whatsapp bundle money
