Bundel taking from your airtime not from whatsapp

I have reported my problem on Saturday. Still don't have a report from cell c. when i phoned this morning the<br> guy told me its a problem with whatsapp and i need to re-install it, I did it and it cost me R40 to install because of network problems and its still not working the way it suppose to. it seems that they don't know whats the problem.
