Bunch of *******

I was interested in fibre from Cell C and thought let me give it a try, the fibre was suppose to be for my business that we run from home. There were a number of complications from the beggining. First they needed a letter to say it was for the business. No problem. then the letter wasnt correct, fed up and irritated i decided to withdraw from the contract seeing as there were so many issues. keep in mind none of this was approved by Cell C. It wasnt 5 minutes later the Gentleman Mr Khulekani Ndlovu calls me back to inform me that it has been approved all of a sudden with documents that were not correct. I then kindly said that we do not want to proceed and informed him to cancel everything via phone and multiple emails to which he agreed and had a manager cc'ed in the email CONFIRMING that it was cancelled. Come end of the month Cell C decide to deduct an amount of R 272.00 confused and a bit angry i send Mr Ndlovu a email asking what is going on. His response was "its out of his hands we must email their support" I proceed and email their support team and ofcourse you guessed it, NOTHING! this has been going on for 3 months where they ***** from my business account. It costs me money every month to reverse this debit order. I cannot even block them through my bank as they use a different account number everytime. Cell C get your act together. You're suport team is useless and Mr Ndlovu is clearly a **** in your sales department. Do not respond to this post by telling me to contact your support team, as they clearly dont know what they are doing. I have all the E-mails confirming this was suppose to be cancelled. Our email adress is ********** I am writing this on behalf of my co - owner.
