Bunch of ******s with rude customer care personel

On the 12 November i called cell to cancel my insurance, and the lady promised to cancel it. And month later ib december they are still collecting money for insurance even though its cancelled. And inhad to cancel and their arrogant customer care personel keep on lying and being rude to you every time. They even deducted twice money on my account, they claim its pro rata payment for new contract. Even on month end they still deduct the pro rata money on my account. I hate cell c with passion. They are bunch of ******s.
