Bunch of ***** - I think they train their call centre agents to LIE !!

Do they train their call centre agents to Lie ??? Because everytime I speak to an agent they make undertakings to me and then fail to uphold them.

My Fibre to my home has been down for 9 days !!

I have spoken to the call centre countless number of times. Each time they promise faithfully to get back to me.

THEY NEVER DO.

Not sure how to get any support from Cell C.
