Bunch of confused

I'm due for an upgrade,called and agreed with them on iPhone 12 pro max its been a month and 3 days.this past Monday (18 october 2021)i get a call from a lady whose agreed that iphone 13 pro is the way to go because 12 pro max seems to be discontinued.when I call cellc generally for delivery and both sales they still waiting for 12 pro max stock.nobody dared to update details of Monday conversation.my contract is up with anyway and should this not be sorted please go ahead and cancel it
