Cell c what the hell on earth are messing up my credit profile? You keep on doing credit credit checks under my name without my authorization,consent or knowledge. Your damn credit checks under my name are affecting my credit score negatively and blocking me in getting a credit somewhere else. You did that in august 2023 i called you and asked you to stop that,you have just done that again on the 18th january 2024,why are you doing that. I used to have a contract with you which i paid it up in 2022 and you provided me with the paid up letter in januaru 2023 and till today my cell c account is still appearing on my credit report as an active account and adding up my expenses and i called you several times asking to update my account with the relevant credit biureaus and you still have not and its over a year now.
Cell c stop the bull**** you're doing and correct my account status with the credit bureaus.

Another thing that you did'nt answer why the hell do you keep doing credit checks under my name withoit my consent as if i want to apply for a credit with you,i will never ever in my life take a credit with your stores,you are full of ****,you have just recently did a credit check on my name on the 18th of january 2024 which added the number of inquiries by creditors under my name and thats bad for me.
Stop doing the bull**** you're doing nd update my account and i wanna know who the hell keeps on doing credit checks under my name without my consent.
I will be lodging a complain with credit bureaus regarding this behaviour of yours.

Why are your sales department doing that without my consent?
How should i sent you my credit report as i see that through my online profile with expirian and clear score,should i screenshot that hence i am using my mobile phone to go online and when ever there is a a new or activity on my credit profile i get a notification and i immediately log in to check whats happening as i am busy fighting and trying to fix my credit profile and i cannot allow such things happening without my consent.
