Bull**** service from cell c + Getmore 247

Cell c doesn't even deserve a single star rating on this. it is frustrating to see that cell c detaches itself from their add on services and say there's nothing that can be done to resolve the customer query. I've been trying to cancel an add on service for months now and somehow the service provider debits my account every single month without fail. this add on service was said not to have cancellation waiting period until one had to cancel it and even today the debit order still does through.
