Bullies and ********

<p>Last year a November I agreed to take a deal of 4 gigs data that was capped with Cell C at R129 a month the call center agent told me but on December my bill came to R1780 and they told me it was off internet and calls yet my data was capped when I agreed for the contract...I am very disappointed by there poor service and there billing system they robbing us blind now I have to pay for the money that was not in my budget unless it will go into arrears and I'll be blacklisted</p>
