Bul**** into a deal with false information by Cellc agency representative

Caught yet again and getting nowhere. Called by an agency who said they are from Cell C. Said I am not using half of my package and get an upgrade for half the price. I said I am happy with current package and do not want to get into a situation where I have to buy airtime! I only want a phone that can handle whatsapp after December. I was told that I will not hve a problem because i am not using half of my package. I stressed the fact that it is a business phone and that I hve to be available 24/7 as I am a rental agent. I was assure that I will not run Out. I am at the 21st and hve to buy airtime a second time this month. Paying more than what my package was!!! I hve tried every avenue from the 1st time I ran out a week into the new deal. The manager of Tygervalley is doing his best to help. Got feedback on recording but only the parts that favours the company and not my side at all in an email not the recording itself. It would be referred to the regional manager. Since the beginning of Sept. The closest I can get to my old contract is a new package R300 a month more. I feel the facts was misrepresented on which I based my desicion which the company is holding onto. I chose the package. Yes i accept it based on the false facts presented to me.
