Bul**** by Cell C
I've been a cell c customer for more then 10/20 years. Recently, after my contract expired I requested told them that I won't be renewing. I was advised that the calls are recorded. Cell C is now requesting lawyers Shapiro and Smith to legally summons me for an outstanding amount. Which is apparently a cancelation fee, my contract expired thus no fees to be charged. The lawyers, when I explain to them say the understand, yet they still proceeding with the summons. I'm so frustrated that after these years after my contract expired, not cancelled, they claiming an amount payable. Why must we be bul**** be these big organisations into paying or else you'll be black listed. I owe them zero money!

02 Oct 2022, 20:54Today I received a call from cell c claiming my debit in June 2021 was returned. I have since submitted my banking details regle ting that the amount was paid and that it was not reversed as there was more then sufficient funds in my account. At 1st I was told it was a cancelation fee now a returned debit which was clearly deducted from my account. Are they playing games? Are they hard up for customers or wanting to rob clients. I will definitely pay if I'm at fault, however, the reasons they gave me have no grounds. I have settled every penny due to them. What should I do?
