I just bought airtime formy son phone to download Whats application. Yes i admit that some of the application were running but my problem is that - I called the 084 140 ans Spoke to Alina Nchunu who spoken to me as i am her child (very rude Bitc*). She did not even want to listen to my question but tell me the solutions of my unknown query. When i tried to ask her to listen to my query - she hang up the phone and transfer me to IVR to rate her service. I do not accept this service since i just brought the new sim card for my son and we recieve this service for the first.
