BULL ****!!!
They threaten to cut my line for a debit they never take! And still send and SMS saying they will list me for bad credit. I am a loyal payer and I feel these kinds of extreme actions were unfair for one debit they made me misunderstand. Everything was said via SMS from them which I feel is very cheap and unproffesional. They put my under stress and pressure with these threats. Staff aren't trained right as one consultant says one thing and the next consultant says a different thing. I'm honestly upset. Second time I'm posting about them this must be a sign
