Bull****

I am extremely disgusted with Cell C. I posted here how bad their service was, how after paying my debt of which I was referred to a collection agency my ITC has still not been cleared, no settlement letter after one of their employees confirmed I had settled my account. Its Months with no feedback and My ITC not updated. They rep**** to me asked for my ID number as if they would help after I posted here. I haven't received nothing from them. No email no SR nothing just silence. I'm so disturbed how this would happen. CELL C is just a company that uses people. I gave them my ID but still nothing. I again appeal to the public If anyone can help me legally for how I've been affected by Cell C not updating my credit status. I will be contacting the Ombudsman from my end as well. All I want to is Cell C out of my life. I curse the day I got involved with Cell C. I doubt their employees are happy.
