BS service at Cell C repairs department and Rosebank

It is my second time writing a Terrible review for Cell c about the same issue. I requested that my new phone is not switching on and needs repairs. My phone has been sitting in their store (Rosebank mall) for months now meanwhile I have the impression it was sent for repairs. When I call, the staff tells me they cannot assist me.
