BS CELL C

I have zero raring for Cell C, They have ****med me, you can shade it out but Cell C has proven not to have any customer care whatsoever, Daniswa or whoever her name is, told me they are looking into it and she understands the whole situation I told her and understands my frustration, she told me they will come with a solution. I am still waiting after two weeks while they are receiving payment for an insured lost phone that is pending investigation. Like I said they are just stalling because my contract is almost done. Cell C you are *************, uncaring and disgusting. You are supposed to have cancelled my bill, I actually have paid more than enough for even the excess counting I have been paying since December. Cancel my contract you don't deserve any payment from me.
