Broken promises from Cell C and Huawei

Good Day

I am very disappointed about the service and false promises I received from Cell C and Huawei

I am in a position of a contact phone at the moment that I bought from Cell C and the contract will come into the end next year January 2019. The phone that am using has the problem with a battery and I went to Cell C to tell them about it as I am still paying, I was told that the warrant was finished. what am asking myself is why the warrant get finish while am still paying for my phone and I am not the only one who is complaining about the Huawei made S battery problem .

I think Huawei is aware that the lifespan for their phone is 1 year and my question is why are we paying for a two year contract

Another problem is when I bought this phone I was told that if my phone screen get broken they will fix it twice in two years and when I took my phone there I was told that the warrant was expired

I don't see myself buying a phone from Cell C and Huawei anymore again
