BROKEN PROMISES

<p>i've posted a review on 12 October regarding Cell C, wich I felt is misleading adverti*****t and also poor customer service. they did respond this morning with a phone call and said that a consultant will contact me soon, which happend just like that. DIDI contact me, and after a long conversation she said that she will immediately send me all the packages available so that I can work through it and then she will contact me tomorrow again. it is 17;00 and still not received any mail from her. so how on earth will she contact me tomorrow and expect that I could have made discissions regarding the 4 contracts I want to take from another service provider to Cell C?</p> <p>also at first she was very uncertain about the different packages and according to her Cell C do not offer packages with data and a laptop, whereafter I explaind to her that I have 2 packages with this futures and it is for our compan, then all of a sudden she admit that they do have similar packages and that she will send me all the info via e-mail which I did not received as now.</p> <p>this is so BAD for customer satisfaction but I am sure that this do not make a difference for CELL C as they should have more than enough "satisfied" customers???</p>
