broken promises

I was phoned by a consultant at cell c direct to tell me I was chosen for a limited deal and only certain people get phoned anyway I was promise a dual package one phone and a tab. The second week in December I received a sms to say they're delivering it when the courier dropped it I was confused cos I only received one phone whilst I was promise two I asked the courier now where's the other one so he say ima get it the next week. Its the 2nd of January and I still didn't get it I phoned only to find that the other deal is declined but I wasn't phoned or asked if ima take the one phone or cancel the contract I had to phone back they didn't tell me I had to phone them which is wrong. I refuse to pay the price of two for one phone. They do not deliver their promises
