Broken Promise

I bought a Cellphone AG Ghost fromm Cell C which have a 24 swapout lifetime warrantee. My phone is giving me problems and I called the number that was given to me for all problems with my phone but the number no longer exist. I called Cell C and spoke to Grichen the lady that assisted me when buying the phone she told me that I'll have to bring in my phone and it will take days for assessment and after I'll be notified if of the outcome. I indicated to her that I can not be left without a phone for days since our agreement was that if the phone gives me hard time I should call AG and it is not my problem that their number is no longer working. She then indicated that she'll speak to her manager and organise that I get a loan phone, yesterday she spoke to the manager and she told me that I will receive a call from her manager which I never received. I called them yesterday around five to check on the progress but they didn't pick up my calls, I have called them even today for several times but still they not picking my calls and to me it seems like they ignoring my calls.
