Broken Promise
<p>I had upgraded my current Cell C package. When i had recieved the device i called to have the sim swop done. I was told that i would be getting a Call within 24 hours from Cell C. I had to call Cell C back as a failure of the promise they had made.</p>
We apologise for the manner in what his matter was handled and for the inconvenience caused. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
