Broken Phone not repaired

I am so mad right now because I have a contract with Cell C for many years. In August 2014 I renewed my contract and received a Blackberry. It broke down 3 times and it was under Guarantee so they gave me a refurbished phone beck every time, that's ok I have no problem with that. It broke again for the 4th time now and it is not even 1 year yet. I took it to the Branch and they couldn't even help me to put my Pictures or contacts on my Laptop because they had no facilities to do that. I lost all my Data. They sent the phone in and phone me just now that they are very sorry but the phone can't be repaired AND will not exchanged because what ever is broken (it couldn't charge anymore) is not under Guarantee. In August it is 1 year since my upgrade it has broken down 4 times and now they just tell me ***** you. I can pay my contract and have NO phone and it is not even one year yet. HOW on earth can that be. As soon as I can I will cancel my contract with Cell C. That is just very very sad the service they give to customers. very bad.b Karin Carstens Paarl
