BROKEN PHONE
I JUST TOOK OUT A CONTRACT WITH CELLC A WEEK AGO, MY PHONE IS NOW NOT WORKING. CALLED CALL CENTRE AND NO ONE COULD ASSIST ME ON WHAT TO DO NOW. ITS LESS THAN A MONTH AND THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK, CAN ANYBODY ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO NOW? THE CALL CENTRE AGENS DID NOT ADVISE ME, SO IM AGAIN UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE
